On 8 March 2017, Australia’s Partnership for Human Development (PHD) program was officially launched with the Government of Timor-Leste. PHD brings together, under one program, Australian Government investments in Timor-Leste across health, education, sanitation, water, social protection, gender, disability and nutrition.
