BYD (Build Your Dreams) is a Chinese electric vehicle car maker, notably achieving mega growth in 2020 over the increase of demand of electric vehicles in Europe, South America and even Asia. The manufacturer has set foot in Africa and in September 2024 made an entry into my home Kenya. While attending the Concours D'Elegance Africa 2024 I came across them and had an opportunity to interact with their cars, in particular the ATTO 3 SUV.
