The CEU Democracy Institute’s (DI) “Probing Democracy” conference was a two-day hybrid, online and offline event that was held on the premises of the DI in Budapest on October 7 and 8, 2021.
The event highlighted the richness of the scholarly work conducted at DI on the crises and resilience of democratic societies: From lawyers to historians and political scientists, from environmental resource management to gender dynamics, from social inequalities to the Rule of Law, DI is a research center which prides itself on studying democracy in a multidisciplinary format.
