Scope & Content: The original release sheet reads: ISRAEL-UAR Tension in the Middle East: Israel: UAR forces blockade the Gulf of Aqaba; reservists are called up, and British and U.S. tourists flee the country. New York: The United Nations Security Council meets in emergency session. Russia rejects a U.S. Four-Power peace bid, joining Britain and France. BRUSSELS FIRE Some 400 are feared dead or missing in the tragic disastrous fire in one of Brussels biggest department stores. Arson is being investigated. Pro-Chinese Communists are believed to have made threats. SPEEDY TRAIN The U.S. Government makes a test run of its new electrical train on solid, welded tracks. It hits 156 MPH and is just as silent as it is swift. In the fall, it'll out a half-hour from the Boston-New York-Washington run. NEW YORK CITY HALL MOVIE Stars and extras take over Manhattan's City Hall to film a sequence in Universal's "What's So Bad about Feeling Good?" Mary Tyler Moore, George Peppard, cameramen, and crew swarm over the stately hall's rotunda. FASHIONS London designers show Fall Fashions. Included: capes, high collars, highway-robber outfits, complete with mask and two flint-guns. More practical: black tunics and long, V-necked white wools for evening. BIKE RACE Spain's Antonio Gomez Del Moral takes the 140-mile bike race from Alessandria to La Spezia, Italy. Second: Italy's Silvano Schiavon; third, Germany's Rudi Altig, This year's race marks its 50th birthday. AKIHITO Crown Prince Akihito and his wife visit an Argentine cattle ranch, outside Buenos Aires, They feast on barbecued roast, then watch gauchos taming young colts. Royalty....on the Pampas!
