For the first time in the history of our town - San Enrique - last JUne 2008 typhoon Frank came and flooded the whole town... it was such a horrible thing our kasimanwa's experienced... agricultural lands where damaged, a lot of houses big and small, the market, the municipal office, the public schools both in elementary and high school, and thousands and thousands of properties were devastated... I thank God my family was safe...we were able to help friends and families who were affected....
