The main key for me is the double reps - Really big stretch in the bottom, pause half way up the rep, then up to the top of the range and squeeze and hold that contraction.
Rep range always 20 reps.
Standing Calf Raises - 3 Sets of 20 Reps
Seated Calf Raises - 3 Sets of 20 Reps
