We took the Z06 out to a track night hosted by Chicago SCCA on 9/8/23. This was my first track night, so we have a TON of stuff to work on (from a driver perspective).

The car performed flawlessly. We added G-loc R10/R8 pads and performed a full brake fluid with Motul RBF600. I never saw any brake fade and felt confident during the 20 minute stints.

Coolant temps never got higher than 215*, but oil temps got to 286*. 290 would be pushing it, especially with 5W-30. 10W40 and an oil cooler will be used in the future.

The car has very few mods, which further proves the capability of a stock c5z.
BTR stg 3 cam and supporting mods
SLP Blackwing intake
Falken Azenis RT660 tires, 255/40/17 front and 315/30/18 rear on stock c5z wheels
track alignment (-2.2*f and -1.2*r camber, 0 toe front, 1/16" toe-in at the rear, max caster)
everything else is stock!
