There are two ways to update firmware on your netgear orbi mesh wifi system. First is via browser and second is via app. Here the app method is much easier. So we recommend you to always try that first.
For browser method you will have to login into your orbi mesh system interface by going to orbilogin.com or orbilogin.net. Then go to advance and then to administration followed by firmware tab. There you csn click on check firmware update or manually download the firmware file from netgear support website and upload it on the orbi's page.
