Here is drone footage of Otres Beach. It's about a 30 minute motorbike right south of Sihanoukville, Cambodia. the town is under constant construction from resorts that are growing up. It is the most expensive place I stayed in Cambodia and most of SE Asia. The beaches along this cost line is despairing.
