Setting up the OR table and selecting implants and instruments for use with my surgical cases as a regular part of my OR day. These are some of the steps that I take to set up for a shoulder, arthroscopy and rotator cuff repair. Although I have a great team of people that I work with, I enjoy doing much of this work myself as it helps me prepare my mind for surgery.
