The completion time for UofL's online Healthcare Leadership program is different for each student, based on chosen term option (Flex or Term), transferred credit and previously earned knowledge. For the Flex or Competency-Based Education (CBE) option, progression through the curriculum is based on successful demonstration of competencies in the specific areas addressed by each course. The CBE format also allows students to move slower through the program if they need more time to acquire the knowledge and competencies provided by each course.
