Ingredients:
- chicken breast
- miso
- flour
- egg
- panko
- brioche bread
- mayo
- katsu sauce
Instructions:
1. flatten your chicken breast with a mallet until it is at your desired thickness
2. rub in miso paste so there is a thin layer
3. coat in flour, egg, and panko
4. fry until golden brown and fully cooked
5. serve on bread with mayo and katsu sauce
6. enjoy!
