The first thing you should focus on is prevention. How do you do it? Well, make sure you set the tone from the start. When a potential new staff member comes in for an interview, give them a clear outline of how things operate in your business. With expectations in place, there won’t be as much of a chance for them to act out.
Second, when resistance and office drama does happen, you’ll need leadership tactics to help you regain control of the situation immediately.
