President Joe Biden addressed the nation Thursday from the White House Rose Garden one day after Vice President Kamala Harris officially conceded to Donald Trump.
President-elect Trump won the election with more than 270 electoral votes after Biden stepped aside in July and endorsed the vice president.
Biden said he has spoken with Trump and informed him of a peaceful and orderly transition.
