When using an excavator equipped with a hydraulic breaker to demolish a reinforced concrete water tower, the following points need to be noted :

During the Demolition Process
- Demolition Sequence :
Generally, demolish in the order from top to bottom and from outside to inside to avoid accidents caused by structural imbalance !
- Breaking Force :
Reasonably control the impact force of the hydraulic breaker according to the structural strength of the water tower and the hardness of the concrete to prevent excessive breaking that may cause flying stones to injure people or damage the excavator !
- Real-time Monitoring :
Arrange dedicated personnel to conduct real-time monitoring of the demolition process, observe the structural changes of the water tower, and immediately stop the operation and take corresponding measures if abnormal conditions such as cracks or tilting are found !
- Reinforcement Handling :
When breaking the concrete, handle the steel bars carefully to avoid the steel bars winding around the breaker or causing damage to the excavator !
- Flying Stone Control :
Adopt measures such as setting up protective nets and spraying water for dust suppression to reduce the generation of flying stones and dust !
Follow-up Work
- Site Cleaning :
After the demolition is completed, promptly clean up the construction waste on the site and sort out the recyclable materials !
- Site Restoration :
Level and restore the site after the water tower is demolished to restore the original appearance of the surrounding environment !
