Tamil Nadu assembly passed the Tamil Nadu Admission to Undergraduate Medical Degree Courses Bill, seeking to permanently exempt students from appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admissions to the undergraduate (UG) medical degree courses.
