How we can use them to work on certain mountain bike skills. And how to structure workouts on the road to benefit your trail rides.
I’ve been riding my MTB for over 15 years and cannot think of another tool that has had a bigger impact on my fitness than the road bike. If you are looking to take your game to the next level, I would highly consider getting one.
