Secure wall is a robust but lightweight, non-loadbearing security wall, offering high resistance to determined attack using hand tools.

Material and components are --- stud, floor & ceiling channel, perforated GI sheet, Duraline board


Procedure---

Fixed floor & ceiling channel on floor & soffit using suitable fixings.

Mark 610mm centres distance on floor channel to position stud spacing

Cut the stud 10mm shorter than actual height to ease the placing and to control deflection from slab

Place the stud into floor & ceiling channel and connect with floor channel by doing crimping process

Fix the noggin channel inside the stud at horizontal joint of board by using metal to metal screws

Fix first layer of Duraline gypsum board on stud using 25mm long drywall screws.

Then screw fix perforated GI sheet on top of first layer of board on entire surface.

Complete second layer boarding using 35mm long drywall screw.

Now partition is ready for joint finishing and surface decoration
