One could easily write a book on Titanic passengers from the two Virginias, but in this video, we're focusing on two people in particular, who handled the trauma from their survival in two very different ways. Oral history can be tricky for a number of reasons. One of those reasons is that people often choose what they are willing to discuss based on personal boundaries as much as broader cultural values.
