🙌Not gonna lie, I’m really looking forward to these new Flagship Suites
🤔 Why? Because I know we’ll be able to get complimentary upgrades to them! 🥂
🌱 These look VERY similar to the JetBlue Mint Suites
🌱 I flew JetBlue Mint from JFK to LAX to see what the hype was all about, and considering it’s a narrow body plane, the lay flat seats and privacy door were a game changer! So I’m excited to see this come over to @americanairlines
✈️American Airlines is planning to receive Airbus A321XLRs equipped with 20 Flagship Suites and 12 Premium Economy seats in late 2024!
🌎This will likely be deployed on shorter transatlantic flights. I anticipate they’ll fly similar routes that we saw AA’s Boeing 757 operate prior to the pandemic (think PHL-DUB, PHL-AMS, etc).
✈️These A321XLRs could also replace the current A321T Sharklets planes, which are found on premium transcontinental routes such as JFK to LAX and JFK to SFO.
💺The A321XLRs will also have a Premium Economy cabin, which will make it interesting to see which routes it’s sold as a Premium Economy cabin and which routes it’s considered Main Cabin Extra on 😉🤫
