But were you watching closely enough?
The internet is buzzing with speculation that Kate Middleton was the one who handed Meghan Markle her wedding bouquet, since the newly-minted Duchess arrived at the church without holding flowers.
Let’s recap.
Here’s Meghan arriving without any flowers in hand.
Once inside, she has them.
But a BBC video of the wedding is circulating online, and eagle-eyed royal watchers speculate that it was Kate Middleton based on a similar outfit and hat.
You can barely see the hand-off here, so just Google it.
But Kate was shown in her seat moments later.
The Express reports that the mystery flower girl wasn’t Kate Middleton at all, but Samantha Cohen.
Harper’s Bazaar says Cohen is the Queen’s former special advisor and has been working as secretary to Meghan.
Both Cohen and Kate Middleton were wearing similar outfits on the big day, which has obviously led to some confusion.
