1925 Ford, Model TT the skis are 1920's Snowmobile and the tracks are 1930's SnowBird; TT tires are too wide for the original snowmobile tracks and the SnowBird tracks have a wider more aggressive footprint.
My 7 year old helped shoot the video, she did pretty well, this was the first real run for the conversion, prior runs sorted out various issues. Some of the bedside support hardware still needs to be reinstalled above the tracks. A tree fell across the trail so we didn't get to go too far back in the woods but it was nice to get out.
