With a childhood interest in cars Chelsea Bowers started her career in the automotive industry with a school-based apprenticeship.
But it wasn’t until she found an employer who took the time to invest in her skills and training that her career really started to accelerate.
Now that she’s part of a supportive team, she’s loving being able to put her skills into practice and has a long and successful career ahead of her.
