Mailerdevpally Police conducted raids on the godown where they tried to hide and move the ration rice against the rules within the mailerdevpally police station limits

Facts of the case are that today at about 02:00 hrs the complainant Rajashekar reddy has performed night patrolling duty on that time received credible information that PDS rice was stored and transported in Lorry and Mini Lorry at APKO Colony, Kattedan godown, then complainant immediately that matter informed to higher officer further on that information complainant along with Petro Mobile-III staff went to the APKO Colony, Kattedan godown and saw there two Lorries Br No. TS 12 UD 9065 and Mini Lorry Br No.TS12 UD 3129 Were found then that labour fled away from the spot while saw the complainant and his team, and on enquiry complainant found in which one Lorry Ashok Leyland Br No. TS 12 UD 3129 was stored PDS rice 50 Kgs Rice Bags weighing about 19 tons, and another mini Ashok Leyland Br No.TS 12 UD 3129 was stored 50 kgs rice bags weighing about 02 tons, further the complainant came to know that rice was stored and transported by a person named as Sk Imran S/o SK Ismail, Age: 30 yrs, Caste: Muslim, Occ: Pvt Job, R/o Kishanbagh, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy dist., while he purchased PDS rice from local people to low cost and stored in godown further that rice transported to other states and selling it to needy people higher rates and gained the profits by cheating the government and public, further they seized 21 Tons PDS rice and two Lorries Br No.TS 12 UD 9065, TS 12 UD 3129 Further that PDS rice and handed over to the Civil Suppliers team Hence the complainant requested to take necessary action against the accused Sk Imran. Basing on this we registered a case and it was under investigation.
