I first heard Loudon Wainwright III's Dead Skunk, on WLS - AM Radio when I was kid, rolling down the highway in the back-seat of my parents '73 Chevy station wagon. It was unlike anything I'd heard before. Needless to say Dead Skunk has been a favorite ever since. Back in 2015 we got a chance to see both Loudon and John Prine in concert…it was a memorable evening.
