Even though fall oxalic treatment were efficient and all hives overwintering successfully; one hive didn't received the fall trearment as it was placed on an Apimaye hive for which we do not have the adapter to treat; the colony was treated once in July being a swarm with no brood, with 1 mite count on November. Now for Spring it had become a mite bomb, with a huge bee population that most likely swarm, about a dozen swarm cells found, a virging queen hatching at the moment of inspection, and if any splits are made, those splits now have varroa as well.
