The Stourbridge Town Branch Line West Midlands
The Stourbridge Town branch line is just 0.8 miles or 1287 metres long and is the shortest branch line in Britain and thought to also be the shortest in Europe. Now used solely for passenger traffic, it was originally constructed to allow transshipment with the Stourbridge Town Arm of the Stourbridge Canal near to the Bonded Warehouse.
