Sky News has learnt that 10 people with autism or learning disabilities have died in secure hospitals in the last year.

It follows a previous investigation by Sky News which revealed 40 people had died in the three years before that - prompting the Government to promise action.

Sky's Charlotte Lomas met the parents of 'kind and funny' Jason who died in 2018.
