The Juiciest Tandoori Chicken Wings In Air Fryer
Ingredients and steps:
600g chicken wings
I make cuts in wings with skin for
the marinade to go inside the meat
Add 1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
Half tsp cumin powder
Half tsp black pepper
Half tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp tandoori masala(any brand)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of red food colour (optional)
1 tbsp oil
Coat the wings very well
Place a piece of foil on the wings
Heat up a piece of coal on stove in fire
Place it on the foil
Drizzle some oil on it and cover
I marinated these for 4 hours My air fryer rack is lined with baking paper
Place the wings on it
Air fry at 200ºC for 25 minutes Flip after 25 minutes
Air fry for another 6-7 minutes
(Adjust the timings if your air fryer loves burning food)
