Cyclone Biparjoy Ground Report | Times Now brings you ground report from a Mumbai beach, where no one could be seen apart from the patrolling policemen. IMD had issues yellow alert for Mumbai, hence people haven't gone to beaches. On normal days, these beaches are full of people. Biparjoy cyclone has strengthened into a "extremely severe cyclonic storm." Wind speeds are expected to reach 125-135 kmph with gusts up to 150 kmph, according to the Indian Meteorological Department.
