Hello Hello I'm back, its been quite a while I know, but hopefully I'm back again. I hope you enjoy the video :)
For the bread rolls, I used my milk bread dough recipe, I just added fresh chopped rosemary in the dough. Then stuffed the balls with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, any cheese you like works well. Then brushed them with egg wash.

For the garlic topping, I melted some butter with crushed garlic, some chili flakes and parsley. I let the garlic sauté in the butter just for a few seconds. Brush the garlic butter mixture while the bread rolls are still hot from the oven!
For the butternut squash soup:
1 large butternut squash
1 whole head head
1 onion
2 tomatoes
3-4 cups vegetable broth or chicken stock
1/2 cup double cream or as desired
Salt, pepper to taste
a little onion and garlic powder
Pinch of chili flakes if you want a slight punch
1 tbsp sugar
Olive oil for drizzling
Drizzle olive oil over all the vegetables and roast for about 40 mins until tender. Then blend all the ingredients together including the peeled garlic. add the double cream and bring to a boil. Then serve :)
