My name is Wesam El Ramahi. A lot of friends call me Wes. I'm a family physician. I got into family medicine for the diversity and challenge of dealing with a broad population and being able to see pediatric patients, geriatric patients and everything in between and all the different challenges that come from dealing with patients with chronic medical diseases in that age group. I like interacting with not just the patients, but the entire medical staff to be able to help patients with even the most minor, you know concerns that they may come in with and be able to coordinate their care with some other specialists and then seeing you know the outcome of that and making sure that you know I’m listening to not just the patients, but the staff and making sure it's a great place to work. I'm dedicated to family wellness with an emphasis on preventive medicine and women's health and particularly optimizing the delivery of healthcare to ensure improvement and quality of life but also in making sure that the delivery of the healthcare is also efficient. I love to listen to music, watch movies, to exercise and spend time with my son. Those are kind of the things I like to do. I love to travel. I recently came back from a Mediterranean cruise, which I really enjoyed. I just realized that I like taking cruises for vacations, so trying to get into that. I love playing basketball, doing martial arts. Those are some of my other hobbies.
