In this video I will be making GoldFish Cheddar crackers!
Ingredients:
-200grams/1Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
-400grams/3Cups AP Flour
-15grams/1TBSP Butter
-1/4 Cups minced Jalapeño
-225grams/1Cup Whole Milk
-salt to taste, I used two tablespoons
-melt the butter in a pan and cook the jalapeño for about a minute to soften.
-mix all ingredients in a stand mixer with hook attachment for about five minutes on high.
-set dough aside and let rest for about five minutes or so.
-roll dough into 1/2 cm thick sheets on lightly flour surface.
-cut into desired shapes. Or into fish. Here is where I got the cutter. [ Ссылка ]
-place on an oiler parchment paper sheet tray, and bake at 350°F for fifteen minutes and Golden.
-Immediately toss into a bowl with the Jalapeño lime beer rub or seasoning of choice. Salt to taste and done!
