This Cottage Cheese Banana Pudding is packed with protein, takes 5 minutes to make and is a delicious healthy pudding to snack on.
What ingredients are in this cottage cheese banana pudding:
Cottage cheese – this is the main ingredient here so I don’t recommend a sub
Banana – I like one that’s not totally freckled like banana bread style but one that is subtly ripe! Too green would make it too bitter and not as sweet
Maple syrup – or more for sweeter pudding
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon
For serving: vanilla cookies, whipped topping and banana
How to make banana pudding with cottage cheese:
Add the cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon to blender and blender until smooth and creamy
Add to bowl of choice and serve with cookies, whipped topping and banana if desired or you can let the pudding chill for a bit before eating!
