This is TCLP's presentation at the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) World Library and Information Congress on 19th August 2021. Librarian and long-time member Simpy presents our ideas and work on physical and digital libraries at the session of Emerging leaders in Asia and Oceania, chaired by IFLA President Christine Mackenzie.

During the nationwide lockdown that began at the end of March 2020, The Community Library Project began its low-internet use, accessible digital library. Duniya Sabki now brings excellent read-alouds, books, information and news to its members on a regular basis.
