--Claypot pork belly with salted fish 咸鱼花腩煲--
Pork belly 花腩肉350g - Remove skin and slice thinly 去皮切片
Green onion 青葱 – 1 stalk
Garlic 蒜 – 6 cloves
Red onion 红葱 – 1 pc
Soaked dried chillies 干辣椒泡软 – 6pcs
Ginger 姜片 – 8 slices
Mui heong salted fish 梅香咸鱼 – 30g
Oil 油 – 3 tbsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 – 1 tbsp
--Marinade--
Oyster sauce 蚝油 – 1 tsp
Salt 盐 – ¼ tsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 – 1 tsp
Sesame oil 麻油 – ½ tsp
Corn flour 粟粉 – 1 tsp
-- Sauce Mixture --
Oyster sauce 蚝油 – 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 老抽 – ½ tbsp
Soy sauce 生抽 – ½ tbsp
Sugar 糖 – 1 tsp
Water 水 – 100ml
