Methi ladoo Recipe
Soaked methi paste - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cashew nut - 1/2 cup
Almond - 1/2 cup
Pistachio - 1/4 cup
Walnut - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 200 gm
Water - 1/2 cup
Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
Ginger powder - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder - 1/2 tsp
1. Soak methi overnight and grind into a fine paste.
2. Sauté all dry fruits until light brown and grind into rough powder form.
3. In a hot pan add ghee and cook methi paste for 5 mins with little water add more ghee to cut down the bitterness.
4. Now cook jaggery in a pan with some water and dilute it well keep it aside to cool down
5. Sauté poppy seeds until golden brown
6. Now in a bowl add grated dry coconut and assemble all the other ingredients together. Pour melted jaggery mix it well and form ladoo.
7. Finish the ladoo with poppy seeds and serve fresh.
