a poorly done low res video of me adjusting the bottom bracket on my recumbent trike. Taking the crank arms off and tightening things back up. Unfortunately, the lighting is bad and I forgot to turn the camera on for the most important part... DOH... but it was a successful operations none the less.

Thanks for lending me the proper tools for this job Jim! It made it very easy, and it got rid of the bump I was feeling in the pedals. Good as new!
