Happy Holidays! Minimalism can be tricky when it comes to giving and receiving gifts. To me it's not that minimalists don't like to give or receive presents around the holidays, but it's more around bringing consciousness and intention to the tradition of exchanging gifts. In this video I talk about tips for shopping and giving gifts for the minimalist in your life, but also provide some tips for how to graciously discuss and receive gifts as a minimalist.

At the end of 2018, my husband and I quit our jobs, sold our yoga studio and 90% of our possessions and moved into our 1969 VW bus. We spent 18 months traveling the globe exploring, rock climbing, adventuring and eating delicious vegan food along the way. We recently settled in Joshua Tree, CA with our pup Gypsy, and have been adjusting to a minimalist life in a house.
