Major League Eating seeks a dynamic individual to serve as MLE Eater-In-Residence, a position in which MLE will pay for lunch three days a week, plus a $25 per-meal honorarium. The Eater-In-Residence will consume lunch from a New York City restaurant or food cart, videotaping this process and reviewing the food in an entertaining way. Those videos will be posted on social media. This is not a speed-eating contest, and MLE insists that those auditioning eat safely and do not eat quickly or competitively. Please use this form to submit a short video audition -- between one and two minutes -- of you introducing yourself and eating a fast-food or food cart meal, and reviewing the meal in a dynamic way. Upon submitting an audition video, you release all rights to that video to MLE and understand the organization may post the video publicly in its effort to determine who will be the official MLE Eater-In-Residence. There will be no payment or reimbursement associated with audition video submissions.
