A delayed construction project on Mace Boulevard off Interstate 80 in Davis is causing traffic nightmares for drivers. Crews finished repaving the roadway on Wednesday. Though many said the road needed to be smoothed out, frustrated drivers said the resurfacing work is little progress for a project that is months behind schedule with no end in sight.
