Chennai, Apr 25 (ANI): The ongoing heat wave conditions have led to severe water crisis in Chennai. Water capacity in the 15 reservoirs in the whole city has come down to 14 percent and subsequently local civic bodies have decided to cut down the supply of water to the residents.
