Command Purpose Foundation Co-Founder Biographies
🌟 Erringer Helbling, Co-Founder and Executive Director, Command Presence Foundation
Erringer is the Executive Director of the Command Presence Foundation. When she transitioned to the civilian world from the military, she struggled to understand and believe in her value, all but obvious when she wore her merit on her uniform. After confiding in other veteran women, she realized she was not alone, and this would not just disappear over time. In response, she started the Foundation to help veteran women rediscover their value and radiate their command presence in their communities.
Full-time, Erringer is the Director of Federal Programs at Altana AI, a global supply chain risk company. Before landing at Altana, Erringer was the Sr. Director of Mission Management at Hawkeye 360, a radio frequency-based geoanalytics company. She was the Falcon 9 launch vehicle landing legs planner at Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX). She led the engineering, procurement, and production of the Falcon 9 launch vehicle’s landing leg design upgrade to a “ten flight reuse” capability.
Prior to joining SpaceX, she served in the Active Army as an Engineer Officer. During her last two years in the military, she served at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in both the Analysis and Technology directorates. Additionally, she was a Military Social Aide to former President Obama and former President Trump.
Her first three years in the military involved tactical unit assignments. She led a deployment and redeployment in preparation of a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, or Nuclear attack on the United States. She also led geospatial engineers to create and provide analysis products to Army Forces Command leadership and other decision-makers across Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Erringer earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Masters of Science in Engineering (M.S.E.) in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
🌟 Cadienne Naquin, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Command Presence Foundation
Cadienne (Cadie) Naquin serves as an Economic Analyst for the United States Department of Defense, where she provides insights to senior defense and national decision-makers. Before transitioning to the government, Cadie served as a Senior Analyst with Renaissance Strategic Advisors, one of the leading consultancies supporting premier firms in the aerospace, defense, space, intelligence, and government services industry. There, she provided strategic guidance and targeted investment support to executives across multiple engagements, with a focus on advanced and emerging technologies.
Prior to joining Renaissance, Cadie served short stints at the House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Department of Homeland Security's Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, and the New York District Attorney's Office. She graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations with Cum Laude and Departmental Honors. She was also a proud "Lady Lion" as a member of the Columbia University Varsity Women's Soccer Team.
Cadie is not a military veteran, but has great respect and admiration for the challenges military personnel face both during and following military service. Her brother, Grayson, is an active-duty U.S. Army Officer, and she has served as a volunteer with Our Military Kids, a 501(c)(3) organization that empowers military kids with sports, arts and other activities while their parents are deployed or recovering from severe injuries sustained in combat.

Baby Boomers (Boomers) will transfer approximately $68 trillion in assets to their heirs (mostly Gen Xers) or charitable organizations in the next quarter century. With this significant wealth transfer comes responsibility. Wealth is more than just money and this channel asks the wealthier generation to share their experiences and knowledge with the subsequent generations who deserve the information and want to receive it.
We at NexGen believe it is never too early (or too late) to get started on your wealth building journey. We have this rare opportunity to leave this world better than when we arrived.
