DON'T start Pilates until you are familiar with the key Pilates principles! In this video I will guide you through correct ALIGNMENT, BREATHING and CORE ENGAGEMENT ensuring you build a solid foundation for your PILATES practice. Knowing these principles and understanding how to properly apply them to exercise, will help you get the most out of your Pilates workouts. If you want to see results and look and feel amazing, both on and off the mat, I encourage you to take this time to learn the basics! Next week I will be launching a five part beginners series of workouts aimed at those who are completely new to Pilates and/or those recovering from injury or have had some time off from Pilates and want to get back into it.
