After 22 days of testimony that included demonstrations and hundreds of pieces of evidence, Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for Michael Jackson's death on June 25, 2009. Jurors deliberated for less than a day and a half before reaching their verdict. Murray faces up to four years in prison and losing his medical license when he is sentenced on Nov. 29.
