There are many internet videos (some with very fancy graphics and very well produced) showing how to install a new fuel line hose in a Stihl chainsaw. Many of those videos are inaccurate and give improper fuel line installation instructions for the MS210, MS230 and MS250 chainsaws. The instructions in this video might also apply to the 021, 023 and 025 Stihl saws. If the hose is not installed properly, the fuel suction line will fail to draw fuel when the saw is in certain positions, like when the saw is on its side or the tip tilted severely down. It is critically important to install the fuel line properly and get it oriented properly for the saw to work well.
