🍽️ RECIPE- GARLIC MUSHROOMS 🍽️
INGREDIENTS:
10g vegan butter
7 cloves garlic finely chopped
300g mushrooms
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
Big pinch of salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
Fresh parsley chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat the butter in a pan, once hot add the garlic
2. Allow the garlic to soften slightly then add the mushrooms
3. Add the salt and cover the pan so that the mushrooms cook. After 5 mins, turn the mushrooms around and let them cook on the other side while covering the pan.
4. Once cooked add the pepper, breadcrumbs, and nutritional yeast (if using), allow to crispen and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving
