Based on publicly available data we're forecasting that PAGA filings against California employers will exceed 7,000 new cases in 2023. And without some sort of reform we don't expect California employers to see relief anytime soon. The average PAGA case settles for 1 million dollars and lasts over 2 years, so what are California employers to do?
