Here's the recipe for Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
2 lg Portobello mushrooms
1- Chipotle pepper
1pkg Realtree Bacon
4oz- Italian shredded cheese
1 bottle Realtree marinade
Pull out the stem of the mushroom and place in the mushrooms in the Realtree marinade for an hour or so. Cook the Realtree bacon on a stove top and crumple a few slices. Chop the chipotle pepper. Place the mushrooms gill side down on a 350 degree grill for two minutes. Flip the mushroom and top with the Chipotle peppers, Realtree bacon and Italian cheese, .allow to cook for 4 additional minutes.
Stuffed Flank Steak
1- lg Flank steak
6oz- sliced mushrooms ( canned)
2- bunches green onion
1lb Realtree Smoked Sausage
1lb Realtree Bacon
1 cup Dry rub ( brown sugar, course salt, paprika, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Chili powder)
Dry rub the flake steak and set in the fridge overnight. Remove the flank steak and allow it to reach room temp. Chop the green inions and dice the sausage. Place the sausage, onions, mushroom on top of the flank steak and roll the flank steak penning it with toothpicks. Lay the bacon on top and set on a 350- 375degree grill or oven. Cook for 90 minutes or desired doneness.
