This video is about subway railfanning the SEPTA Market-Frankford Line at 13th Street during the PM rush hour at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where the all the El trains operate as Skip-Stop. Skip-stop is an operation where the Market-Frankford Line El trains operates as A and B trains, which only makes stops at certain stations. A and B trains both skip four stations equally. A trains skip Millbourne, York-Dauphin, Somerset, and Church stations, while B trains skip 63rd Street, Berks, Huntingdon, and Tioga stations. Skip-stop services (or A and B trains) only operate on Mondays-Fridays 7 AM-9 AM, and 4 PM-5:30 PM. Other times, even on weekends, they operate as local trains and make all stops.
One of the B trains heading westbound to 69th Street Transportation Center arrived after the second A train heading eastbound to Frankford Transportation Center and could not be filmed entirely.
